What Aptixx collects, and what happens to it.
Aptixx collects two things: what you type into the fit form, and — only if you accept cookies — analytics about how the site is used. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to an advertising network.
01The form
What the fit form sends, and where it goes.
The fit form emails its contents to info@aptixx.com through Resend, and that is the entire journey. There is no CRM behind it, no marketing list, and no automated sequence.
What you type: your name, work email, company, the description of the workflow or product, and the optional chips — what brings you here, the urgency, and the budget band.
What rides along automatically: the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser sent one, and any “utm_” campaign parameters captured on your first page this session. The country Cloudflare reports for your connection is included as well. That is attribution — it tells Aptixx which page brought you here, nothing more.
It is used to reply to you, and to run the engagement if one starts. It lives in the info@aptixx.com inbox. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be.
02Bot check and analytics
Turnstile on the form, analytics only after you say yes.
Cloudflare Turnstile confirms a person submitted the form. Google Analytics 4 does not load at all — the site makes no request to Google — until you accept in the cookie banner.
- Turnstile. A bot check run by Cloudflare on the contact form only. It issues its own short-lived token and is not a cross-site tracker.
- Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept. Until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, the GA4 script is not loaded and the site makes no request to Google. Decline, or make no choice, and it never loads. Accept, and analytics loads on that visit and on later ones until you change your answer — and it measures site usage only, never advertising.
- One localStorage key. A single entry named “aptixx.consent.v1” remembers your answer so the banner does not reappear on every page. The “Cookie settings” control in the corner reopens the choice at any time.
- One sessionStorage key. A single entry named “aptixx.utm” holds the campaign parameters from your first page this session so an inquiry can be attributed to its source. It is discarded when you close the tab.
Refuse and the site behaves identically. Nothing here is gated behind consent.
03Processors
Three processors handle the data.
Aptixx runs no servers of its own. Three companies process data on its behalf, and all three are US-headquartered and operate globally.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this site, runs the Turnstile check, and processes request data such as IP address in order to deliver and protect pages.
- Resend — delivers the fit-form email to info@aptixx.com.
- Google — Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept cookies; until then the site sends Google nothing.
Your data may therefore be processed outside Canada. If that is a constraint for your organization, say so before you send anything sensitive — a call and a signed agreement can come first, and often should.
04What Aptixx does not do
No lists, no ads, no sale.
Aptixx does none of the following, on any page of this site.
- 01No advertising or remarketing tags. Even after you accept analytics, every advertising consent type stays denied.
- 02No selling, renting, or sharing of your contact details with anyone, for any price.
- 03No newsletter and no drip sequence. Writing to Aptixx does not subscribe you to anything.
- 04No third-party chat widget, session recorder, heat map, or cross-site tracker anywhere on the site.
- 05No account required to read anything here. Every page works with cookies refused.
05Questions and removal
One address handles all of it.
Email info@aptixx.com to ask what Aptixx holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Expect a reply within one business day, same as everything else.
